Sam started working at Nelson Australia in 2011 after moving from Coffs Harbour, NSW. He was born and raised in Deniliquin NSW.
Sam handles customer service, data entry and invoicing.
Sam has a long history in customer service that began in hospitality (fine dining) and he has brought that customer satisfaction ethos across to the irrigation industry.
Sam's other general duties also include general sales enquiries, technical support, freight issues, pricing enquiries and supporting the Area Managers in customer service matters.
